Irvine Junior Games
The annual athletic competition at Irvine Stadium features IUSD students in 4th-8th grades. The event helps raise money for Irvine Children’s Fund, which offers child care scholarships for local public school families who need it.
UCI Opera’s ‘Our Town’
The classic Thornton Wilder play about life in Grover’s Corners comes to operatic life in a Southern California premiere. UCI Opera and UCI Symphony Orchestra present “‘Our Town’ A Three-Act Opera” by composer Ned Rorem and poet J.D. McLatchy in two evening performances at Irvine Barclay Theatre.
